 Food is never static. It moves through people, places, and time—grown, prepared, passed, shared, remembered, and transformed. Every meal is a choreography of movement, exchange, and connection, revealing the relationships between food, culture, and community.

Founded by Moon Hyung Lee, Food Choreography is an interdisciplinary practice exploring food through research, design, cooking, and creative experimentation. It investigates the intersections of food, ecology, materials, place, and community, examining the choreographies of migration, transformation, and exchange that shape food culture.
